Contacting patients
Callers may dial direct to patient rooms. If you do not know a patient’s bedside telephone number, call 330-385-7200 and ask the hospital switchboard operator. However, each patient is strongly urged to give friends and relatives the number to the bedside phone so calls do not have to go through the switchboard.
Patients cannot accept collect calls through the bedside phones.
To ensure that our patients get their rest, we ask that incoming calls be limited to between the hours of 7 a.m. and 10 p.m.
