East Liverpool City
Hospital announces that
Rick Sheppard has been named controller and head of
the Fiscal Services Department.
Sheppard
spent most of his career at the Hall China Co., most recently as president and
chief operating officer. Previously, he served the company as treasurer.
Sheppard also worked in Lancaster,
Ohio, for Anchor Hocking Corp. as
a plant controller and manger of business of planning at the corporate level.
Sheppard
has served the community as a previous member of the FISH board, and spent 13
years as a trustee for ELCH. Effective July 1, he was elected to the Buckeye On Line School for Success (BOSS) board of directors.
He
was born and raised in East Liverpool and
attended Beaver Local schools, before receiving his degree in accounting and
finance from Youngstown
State University.
He
and his wife, Peggy, have two grown children, Ryan and Sara, who both remained
in Columbus after graduating from the Ohio State
University.
