Q: What are the Physical Therapy Department's outpatient service hours?
A: Monday - Thursday 7am to 6:30pm, Friday 7am to 4:30pm, Saturday and Sunday a therapist is available until noon.

Q: Must I schedule an appointment?
A: It is necessary to call to schedule the initial evaluation.

Q: Must I have a physician's order for services to be provided?
A: You must bring a physician's signed prescription before services can be provided.

Q: What should I wear?
